This Pine bench with Hickory legs and Locust wood cross support was created by our friends at Bloodledge Lumber and made from locally milled trees. You can go there and pick out the pieces of wood you'd like them to use and they'll create a custom piece just for you.
Their work is gorgeous and each piece looks different and reminds you that wooden things are made from real live trees. They use a lot of offcuts from the milling process that other mills would discard - its those pieces that are our favorites.
